Who controls the inquiry
Public inquiry collection is disabled. Headstar will not accept personal data through this site until the legal controller, business address, and durable privacy contact are published. Do not submit buyer or customer contacts, invoices, account balances, payment or bank records, tax documents, identity documents, or other production data.
What we collect
Headstar currently accepts no public inquiry or privacy-request submissions through this site. If intake opens, the form will request only the business contact and pilot-fit information identified at the point of collection, such as a work email, organization, role, current AR workflow, approximate invoice volume, accounting system, and optional context. Do not include buyer-level or invoice-level data. The form host may also process ordinary security and request metadata such as an IP address, timestamp, browser, and spam signals.
Why and how we use it
Because public intake is disabled, Headstar does not currently collect inquiry data through this site. Before intake opens, this section will publish the specific lawful basis and limited purposes. Headstar will not sell inquiry data, add it to an unrelated marketing list, train a voice or language model on it, or make a solely automated decision about you.
Who receives it
If intake opens, access will be limited to authorized Headstar team members and service providers needed to host and protect the form. The form host may process request metadata outside the Philippines under its own infrastructure and safeguards. Any future deployment will require a separate written processing and cross-border data schedule before customer AR, buyer, invoice, payment, remittance, withholding, or cash-application data moves.
How long we keep it
Headstar accepts no public submissions while intake is disabled. A concrete retention period and accountable deletion owner must be configured before either form can open. Records from a live B2B AR deployment fall outside this notice and require their own approved retention schedule.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal data we hold, request access or correction, object to processing, withdraw a request, or ask for deletion or blocking where applicable. You may also complain to the Philippine National Privacy Commission. We may need a proportionate verification step before acting, but do not send identity documents through this form.
For the statutory framework, see the NPC’s right-to-be-informed guidance and the Data Privacy Act.
